To us, cooking with a wood-fired oven means more than just food. It means quality time with our family, making food the Old World way and having a lot of fun. Growing up in Europe, my family has owned and operated a wood-fired oven for well over a century. As a matter of fact, my family still uses the original village wood-fired oven today
Our wood-fired brick ovens are ideal for making pizza, bread, pies, roast, stews, grilled dishes, smoked meats and much more. We are located in the Dallas, Texas area, and we ship our products to all 50 states and Canada.
Our ovens are backed by a 3-year limited warranty.

They can! A lot of our customers opt for a gas burner instead of relying on wood.

Hi there! Larger trailers like this can take anywhere from 16-20 weeks, depending on the time of the year it's ordered and the specs of the trailer!

A 24 foot trailer with a 48 inch oven starts around $59,000, not including any refrigeration. A 20 foot trailer with the same oven starts closer to $56,000!

Hi Antoine, this oven doesn't have a damper in the chimney flue but other FGM ovens have one installed. Could you please explain when a damper is installed/needed and how to use it? Greetings from Germany, Tim
Good morning Tim! If the finish allows for the damper handle, you should definitely use it! On this one, we didn't install it because the finish didn't allow for it.

It will never cook like that, will need to precook it in a normal oven, or even poach it.

What's the weight of this trailer?
The porch trailers usually come to a tow weight of about 10,000 lbs, give or take, when outfitted with refrigeration, depending on all of the equipment installed!
